Procombi Heat Exchanger 8037,there are two kinds of heat exchangers in the Procombi Boiler,they are the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger. The primary is present in almost all boilers and it allows the heat to be transferred from the burner to the water within the system. The secondary heat exchanger only appears on combination boilers and allows the heat to be transferred between one closed system and another.
This Domestic Hot Water Heat Exchanger or Secondary Heat Exchanger is fitted in a few different range of Procombi boilers, including the 100HE.
Procombi Heat Exchanger 8037, is a domestic Hot Water Heat Echanger, with part numer 8037 also has R8037, some engineers refer to it as domestic heat exchanger,some as hot water heat exchanger and some as a Procombi Secondary Heat Exchanger. If you are replacing a faulty heat exchanger, or you have no hot water or you have Luke warm water then please use a genuine 8037 part, and have it fitted by someone competent IE a Gas Safe Registered Installer.
